Uji Aktivitas Ekstrak n-Heksana Teki (Cyperus rotundus L.) terhadap Pertumbuhan Gulma Bayam Duri (Amaranthus spinosus L.)

چکیده

Abstrak. Gulma adalah tumbuhan yang hidup di sekitar tanaman dibudidayakan keberadaannya tak diharapkan serta sangat merugikan bagi budidayakan dan mempengaruhi hasil pertanian diusahakan manusia. Teki gulma mempunyai potensi untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bioherbisida, dengan adanya senyawa kimia dikandung oleh teki dapat mengendalikan lainnya. Penelitian ini mampu mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak n-heksana pada berbagai konsentrasi pertumbuhan bayam duri. dilangsungkan Laboratorium Ilmu Jurusan Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian, Analisis Kimia Matematika Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Kebun Percobaan Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh, dari Desember 2021 sampai Maret 2022. memakai Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola non faktorial 6 perlakuan yaitu 2,4 D 0,686 kg b.a ha -1 (kontrol positif); aquades negatif); etil asetat 5%; 10%; 15%; 20%, 3 kali ulangan, total terdapat 18 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya aplikasi menghasilkan nyata tinggi gulma, diameter batang, jumlah daun, persentase pengendalian gulma. Ekstrak 20% nilai sebesar 53,33% memberikan efek sedang terhadap duri, namun berbeda herbisida sintesis (2-4D) 100%. Kata Kunci: Bayam n-heksana, teki.
